Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Field Coordinator to join our team based in Gulberg III, Lahore. This full-time role involves visiting various manufacturing and industrial sites across Lahore to secure permissions for videography projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills, be comfortable with extensive travel within the city, and demonstrate a proactive approach to managing field activities. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and the position follows a structured work schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
The Field Coordinator will be responsible for conducting site visits to a wide range of industrial and manufacturing locations throughout Lahore. You will engage directly with factory owners and managers, clearly explaining the objectives of our videography projects and obtaining the necessary permissions to proceed. Maintaining a professional demeanor during all interactions is essential to uphold the company’s positive reputation.

In addition to securing permissions, you will prepare detailed daily reports that summarize site visits, contacts made, and outcomes achieved. Supporting the logistics coordination for videography teams once permissions are granted will also be part of your duties. Accurate organization and maintenance of records related to all site interactions and documentation are critical to ensure smooth operations.

Collaboration with internal teams is vital to facilitate timely follow-ups and plan subsequent activities effectively. The role requires managing multiple site visits in a day, so strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are important.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Comfort with extensive fieldwork and traveling throughout Lahore is a must, as the role requires visiting numerous sites daily.

Basic knowledge of research and reporting techniques is necessary to prepare comprehensive and accurate documentation. Proficiency in maintaining structured records and managing documentation is also required. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple visits efficiently will contribute to success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in fieldwork or sales is preferred but not mandatory. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs55,000, reflecting the importance of this role within our team.
