International Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and skilled Lead Generation Agents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in call center environments and demonstrate excellent fluency in English. This role demands exceptional communication skills and proven experience in sales or lead generation. As a Lead Generation Agent, you will engage directly with potential clients to generate and qualify leads, working closely with the sales team to drive business growth. This is a full-time, onsite position with working hours from 6 PM to 3 AM.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for conducting outbound outreach using various channels including cold calls, emails, and social media platforms to identify potential leads. A critical part of the role is to qualify these leads by gathering detailed information to understand their needs and assess how well they align with our service offerings. Maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of data in the customer relationship management (CRM) system is essential to ensure smooth follow-ups and tracking.

Collaboration with the sales team is key to developing and executing strategies that convert qualified leads into customers. You will also monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously improve lead generation techniques and maintain a competitive edge. Additionally, preparing and submitting detailed daily and weekly reports on lead generation activities, performance metrics, and progress updates will be part of your routine responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between 1 to 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or related roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in CRM software and database management is required to handle lead information efficiently and accurately.

You must possess good analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining data integrity. A basic understanding of the services offered in the U.S. market will be advantageous in qualifying leads appropriately and tailoring communication.

Additional Information
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs60,000. The role requires candidates to work night shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM onsite. The work location is in Clifton, and candidates must be able to commute to this location regularly.
