Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and courteous Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis at our Rawalpindi Satellite Town office. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate to Rawalpindi Satellite Town before starting work.
Key Responsibilities
You will warmly greet guests, clients, and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression that reflects our company’s professionalism. Guiding visitors to the appropriate person or department will be a key part of your role, helping maintain smooth internal communication.
Answering inquiries from visitors and callers professionally and providing basic information will be essential. You will also be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints or concerns courteously, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor at all times.
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and inviting reception area is crucial to uphold a professional atmosphere. You will handle incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and forward calls as needed to ensure effective communication.
Administrative support tasks will include monitoring and ordering office supplies to maintain adequate stock levels, managing organized filing systems for both physical and digital records, and assisting with data entry, photocopying, faxing, and other clerical duties.
You will coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, ensuring smooth logistics for business travel. Providing basic IT support by assisting with minor technical issues and liaising with IT support when necessary will also be part of your responsibilities.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring proper distribution and record keeping, will be expected. Additionally, you will assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars to support efficient time management.
Email management duties will include checking, sorting, forwarding emails, managing distribution lists, and sending company-wide communications as required.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate education level is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site at Rawalpindi Satellite Town.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates who can reliably commute or are willing to relocate to Rawalpindi Satellite Town prior to starting work will be given preference.
We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs45,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and skills.
