Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Strategist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that support the company’s overall objectives and enhance brand presence. Work closely with writers and other team members to produce engaging, high-quality content tailored to diverse audiences. Maintain a deep understanding of storytelling techniques, visual design principles, and audience engagement strategies to maximize content effectiveness.

Conduct ongoing research to stay updated on SEO best practices, emerging content trends, and consumer behavior patterns. Regularly update and optimize existing content to improve performance and ensure alignment with current standards. Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across all channels, including websites, social media platforms, and video content.

Manage a detailed content calendar to track project deadlines and deliverables, ensuring timely execution of all initiatives. Demonstrate proficiency in managing content across major social media platforms such as Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Lead efforts to develop and launch new content channels aimed at expanding audience reach and engagement.

Generate innovative ideas for content curation and creation across various media formats. Continuously monitor industry developments, audience preferences, and emerging technologies to refine and inform content strategies, keeping the company at the forefront of digital engagement.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in film, television, media studies, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Proven storytelling and creative writing skills with the ability to engage and captivate diverse audiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software. Solid knowledge of current industry trends, audience behaviors, and emerging technologies relevant to content creation.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving project requirements. A genuine passion for storytelling and creative expression is essential.
