Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Manager to lead our B2B operations within the UK Energy Market. Key Responsibilities
As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to consistently achieve business goals and targets. You will develop and execute strategies aimed at growth and increased market penetration specifically within the UK B2B market. Creating a collaborative and results-oriented team culture will be essential to encourage high performance and accountability.
Managing key client relationships and overseeing accounts to maximize revenue and improve customer satisfaction will be a critical part of your role. You will also monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to your team members will help build a capable and motivated workforce. Additionally, you will ensure effective communication and alignment across various departments to meet overall business objectives. Regular reporting to senior leadership on team performance, challenges, and achievements will be expected.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of two years’ experience working in the UK B2B market, with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in driving sales and managing client relationships within the UK B2B sector is required. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to business growth.
