Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the International Caller is to conduct outbound calls to US-based clients, ensuring high-quality service and support throughout each interaction. Maintaining clear, professional communication in English is essential. Candidates will be expected to consistently meet daily and weekly targets while strictly adhering to company policies and procedures. Accurate documentation of calls and timely reporting of client feedback are also critical components of the role. Additionally, punctuality and reliability in attendance and overall work performance are mandatory to succeed in this position.

Required Qualifications
