Human Resource Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions across our factory and office operations based in Lahore. This key leadership position involves managing recruitment, employee relations, attendance, training, payroll coordination, and organizational development. The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating a structured, efficient, and growth-focused work environment that aligns with both operational demands and employee development goals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Employee Management:
You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining all related documentation. Additionally, you will handle employee exits, issue warning letters, and manage disciplinary actions when necessary. Maintaining accurate attendance records for both factory and office staff is essential. You will ensure that employee files, contracts, and job descriptions are consistently updated and properly maintained. Implementing and regularly reviewing HR policies and procedures will also fall under your remit. Monitoring team performance and working closely with supervisors to support effective staff management is a critical part of this role.

Training & Development:
Designing and leading comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity will be a key focus. You will conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives. Promoting employee growth through cross-functional learning opportunities and supporting internal promotions will help build a strong talent pipeline within the organization.

Payroll & Benefits Coordination:
You will coordinate payroll activities alongside the accounts team to ensure salaries are processed accurately and on time. Responsibilities include managing bonuses, overtime payments, salary revisions, and final settlements. Overseeing company benefits such as food allowances, transport support, and leave tracking will help maintain employee satisfaction and ensure compliance with company policies.

Organizational Development:
Driving initiatives to improve team efficiency, communication, and coordination across departments will be a priority. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to implement effective workforce planning strategies. Fostering a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented workplace culture is essential. Additionally, you will develop and refine internal systems and processes that support organizational scaling and team structure. Serving as the primary point of contact for all HR-related communications and operational matters will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in factory, FMCG, or production-based organizations.
- At least 4 years of direct experience in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in factory-based or industrial HR environments is preferred.
