Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to Higher Management. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing calendars, daily schedules, and meetings, ensuring seamless coordination across departments. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. The Coordinator will also be responsible for taking meeting minutes, preparing daily reports, and ensuring timely follow-up on assigned tasks. Working closely with department heads and key stakeholders, the successful candidate will contribute to smooth operational workflows and support various projects as needed. A proactive, organized, and professional approach is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and maintain the calendars, daily schedules, and meetings of Higher Management to optimize time and productivity.
- Accurately take minutes during meetings and prepare comprehensive daily reports and updates to keep all relevant parties informed.
- Ensure the timely execution of instructions by following up on assigned tasks and coordinating with involved teams.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and smooth workflow across the organization.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Draft, review, and prepare correspondence and official communications as required by Higher Management.
- Provide support for ongoing projects and assist with various administrative duties to ensure operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Graduation (Hons) degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in executive coordination or a similar role supporting senior management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent reporting and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively, maintain confidentiality, and uphold a professional demeanor at all times.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position requiring an eight-hour shift, six days a week. The role is based at our Lake City Office in Lahore, and candidates must be willing to work on-site. The salary range for this position is between Rs60,000 and Rs100,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
