Customer Care Representative (UK Based Experience Required)

Job Summary
Fleeto, a fast-growing company recognized for its customer-centric approach in transport and logistics, is looking for a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join their team in Johar Town. This full-time, on-site role operates Monday to Friday from 1 PM to 9:30 PM and focuses on managing credit control functions for an international client portfolio. The primary markets served include the UK, Canada, and the USA. The successful candidate will ensure timely payments while maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
The Customer Care Representative will oversee credit control activities across a diverse portfolio of international clients. This involves proactively monitoring customer accounts and following up on overdue payments through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence. The role requires conducting credit checks on both new and existing clients using approved credit referencing tools, as well as setting and reviewing credit limits based on company policies and client risk assessments.

Resolving billing discrepancies and disputes efficiently is critical to facilitate timely collections while preserving positive client relations. Maintaining accurate records of all communications, payment statuses, and credit terms is essential. The role also demands close collaboration with internal departments such as sales, operations, and legal to support collection initiatives.

Additionally, the representative will prepare regular reports detailing aged debt, cash collection performance, and credit risk exposure for management review. They will also recommend accounts for escalation, legal action, or write-off in accordance with company policies.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ experience in credit control or accounts receivable roles, with proven experience working with clients from the UK, Canada, or the USA. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, demonstrating professionalism and confidence when handling sensitive financial matters.

A strong understanding of credit risk management, invoicing, and collection processes is required. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar ERP systems is expected. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively. They must be capable of working independently while handling sensitive client relationships with diplomacy and persistence.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Fleeto offers a competitive market salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs90,000 per month. Additional benefits include provident fund contributions, healthcare support, and gym membership assistance. Employees are entitled to 22 paid annual leaves and annual salary increments. This is a full-time permanent position based strictly on-site at the Johar Town office.
