Reporting Analyst

Job Summary
Napollo Software Design is seeking a meticulous and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing, analyzing, and delivering data-driven insights that support strategic business decisions. This position involves creating detailed reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and overall business results.

Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to uncover meaningful insights. Monitor performance metrics closely, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business operations.

Report Creation & Visualization: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis for management and stakeholders. Design interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or other reporting platforms to clearly communicate data findings.

Business Insights & Recommendations: Translate data analysis into actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing efficiency and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including development, digital marketing, and project management—to present data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions.

Quality Control & Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by validating sources and resolving discrepancies promptly. Implement automation in reporting processes to boost efficiency and reduce manual workload.

Client & Management Reporting: Prepare client-facing reports that highlight critical metrics such as website performance, digital marketing effectiveness, SEO rankings, advertising campaign outcomes, and project progress. Deliver findings in a clear and concise manner tailored to stakeholder needs.

Industry Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging techniques in data reporting. Apply best practices in analytics and reporting to enhance the company’s business intelligence capabilities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Experience working with databases, SQL queries, and automation tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
