Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our team onsite at DHA Phase 6, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably with exposure to international markets, especially the Middle East. This role demands excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Immediate joiners will be given preference. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with alternate Saturdays off.

Key Responsibilities
As a Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics operations from sourcing through to final delivery. This includes overseeing transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes to ensure seamless and efficient operations. Maintaining strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and freight partners is essential to facilitate smooth collaboration and timely shipments.

You will be tasked with tracking and monitoring shipments to guarantee on-time and cost-effective delivery. Prompt resolution of any logistics-related issues is crucial, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Additionally, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and delivery statuses will be part of your daily responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a preference for candidates who have worked internationally, particularly in the Middle East.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently under pressure.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability to join the team is highly preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required to qualify for this role.
- Proficiency in English is essential for clear communication and documentation.
