Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Jauhar Block 15 location. This full-time position plays a vital role in engaging with prospective and new customers, ensuring they are satisfied with our products and services, and providing timely support to resolve any concerns. The ideal candidate will be proactive in following up with clients and knowledgeable about additional offerings that could enhance their experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments are essential for success in this role. Working hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM, and the position offers a competitive monthly salary between Rs35,000 and Rs50,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Introduce prospective and new customers to our products and services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of what we offer.
- Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients via phone or email to confirm ongoing satisfaction and address any emerging needs.
- Inform customers about additional products or services that may benefit them, helping to enhance their overall experience.
- Identify the most efficient and effective ways to respond to customer questions and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance.
- Troubleshoot common problems related to our products or services to provide immediate support when possible.
- Collaborate closely with fellow Customer Service Representatives and other departments to develop and implement solutions that improve customer experience.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and follow-ups efficiently without compromising quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills to independently troubleshoot and resolve common issues.
- A team-oriented mindset to work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments.
- Availability to work full-time hours from 11 AM to 8 PM consistently.
