Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead the human resources function within a fast-paced and dynamic software house. The ideal candidate will manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, compliance, and culture development. This pivotal role supports business growth by aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives and fostering a positive, high-performance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies tailored specifically to the technology sector will be essential. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with tech communities, universities, and hiring platforms to enhance recruitment pipelines. Promoting employer branding through social media, events, and targeted campaigns will also be a key focus.

Maintaining and managing HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), employee handbooks, and compliance frameworks is critical to ensure adherence to local labor laws and employment regulations. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing HRMS systems, employee records, and all related documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

Performance management is a core responsibility, including overseeing appraisal processes, setting and monitoring Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The HR Manager will design and implement training and development plans to address skill gaps and provide coaching and support to managers to enhance employee productivity.

Payroll processing will be supervised in collaboration with the finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The role includes developing competitive compensation packages and incentive structures to attract and retain talent, with regular reviews and benchmarking against market standards.

Creating and nurturing a positive work environment aligned with the company’s core values is essential. The HR Manager will handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary. Organizing employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and conducting feedback surveys will help enhance workplace satisfaction.

Collaboration with leadership is crucial to ensure HR strategies support overall business objectives. The HR Manager will provide HR analytics and reports to management for informed decision-making and participate in organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to support company growth.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 to 6 years of HR experience within a software house or technology company is required. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, technical recruitment, and employment law is essential.

Proficiency in HR software platforms such as BambooHR, Zoho People, or equivalent systems is expected. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are necessary to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of executing hands-on HR initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
