Job Summary
Pani Express, a cutting-edge platform revolutionizing water tanker operations, is looking for a dedicated Field Supervisor to join our team in Naval Anchorage / PWD Housing Society, Islamabad. This pivotal role is responsible for managing daily field operations, including driver supervision, vehicle maintenance, and hydrant station management. The Field Supervisor will ensure timely deliveries, maintain accurate operational records, and report performance metrics to management. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency, reliability, and safety of our water logistics services.

Key Responsibilities
The Field Supervisor will oversee all aspects of daily field operations to guarantee smooth and efficient service delivery. This includes managing and coordinating timely dispatch of water tankers, supervising drivers to ensure adherence to company policies and high performance standards, and monitoring vehicle conditions to schedule preventive maintenance and reduce downtime. Additionally, the role involves managing hydrant stations to ensure uninterrupted water supply operations.

Accurate record-keeping is essential, with responsibilities including maintaining daily logs of payments, fuel consumption, and delivery reports. The Field Supervisor will prepare and submit detailed daily operational reports to management, highlighting performance and any issues encountered. Promptly addressing and resolving field-level challenges is critical to maintaining service quality. Furthermore, enforcing company policies and safety protocols is a key part of ensuring a secure and compliant working environment for all team members.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have prior experience in field operations or logistics, demonstrating the ability to manage teams and coordinate complex activities effectively. Strong leadership skills are essential to guide and motivate drivers and other field staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for accurate record-keeping and reporting tasks.

The role demands mobility within the field, so candidates must have their own bike to facilitate on-site supervision and quick response to operational needs. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary to maintain comprehensive records and produce reliable reports. Flexibility to work varied hours is required to meet the dynamic demands of field operations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Pani Express offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to PKR 50,000, along with a fuel allowance to support field mobility.
