Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our team at our Gulberg Greens office in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying and engaging potential clients through strategic and targeted email outreach. This role focuses on gathering verified and relevant email contacts and executing personalized campaigns aimed at driving conversions. The successful candidate will take a proactive approach to research, campaign management, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure that all messaging aligns with the company’s business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to collect accurate and relevant email addresses using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, and other similar tools.
- Develop and maintain segmented email databases to enable precise and targeted outreach efforts.
- Craft and send professional, compelling cold emails along with timely follow-up campaigns to nurture leads.
- Monitor and analyze key campaign performance metrics, including open rates, reply rates, and conversion rates, to optimize ongoing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Perform A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and calls to action to enhance engagement and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure full compliance with data protection regulations and anti-spam laws such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM in all email marketing activities.
- Work closely with content and sales teams to maintain consistent and aligned messaging across all campaigns, supporting broader marketing and sales objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in email marketing, lead generation, or outreach roles.
- Proficiency in using email marketing and lead generation tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
- Strong written communication skills in English, demonstrating professionalism, clarity, and adherence to proper email etiquette.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and implement improvements effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Islamabad. The monthly salary range for this position is Rs50,000 to Rs70,000, depending on experience and skill level.
