ChiltanPure is seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Advertiser to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms. Key Responsibilities
You will develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance is critical, using key metrics like CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions to optimize results continuously. You will conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Creating compelling ad copy is essential, and you will work closely with the design team to produce engaging visual content that resonates with our audience. Staying updated on platform algorithm changes, advertising policies, and new tools will ensure campaigns remain compliant and effective.
You will track campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting dashboards. Efficient management of advertising budgets to align with campaign objectives is a key part of your role. Collaboration with content, SEO, and e-commerce teams is vital to ensure advertising efforts support overall marketing goals.
Finally, you will provide weekly and monthly performance reports to stakeholders, offering actionable insights to guide future strategies.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field. You should have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in social media advertising, with strong proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
An analytical mindset is essential, with a solid understanding of key performance indicators and advertising metrics. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills are required to craft persuasive ad content. The ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail is crucial.
We are looking for a creative thinker who is results-oriented. Experience running ads in skincare, haircare, or healthcare industries will be considered an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in eCommerce or product-based advertising is a plus. Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software will be beneficial for creating ad content. Knowledge of retargeting campaigns, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences is preferred.
Certifications in Meta Ads or Google Ads are advantageous and will strengthen your application.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs70,000 per month, complemented by performance-based incentives.
