Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for monitoring ongoing projects during your assigned shifts to ensure seamless and uninterrupted operations. Prompt communication with clients is essential, especially in the event of service outages, which must be reported immediately through designated channels. Handling client inquiries professionally and efficiently via JIRA, email, or phone is a core part of the role.

Regularly reviewing application and database statistics is required, with a focus on memory usage, storage capacity, and network connectivity to identify potential issues early. When internal network problems arise, you will escalate these promptly to the Network and Infrastructure team to ensure timely resolution. Maintaining clear, courteous, and effective communication is critical to enhancing client satisfaction. Additionally, you will manage and resolve external support tickets using JIRA and email platforms, ensuring all client concerns are addressed promptly.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. This role welcomes fresh graduates or those with up to five months of experience in customer or technical support roles. A basic understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line operations is essential, along with the ability to write and comprehend simple SQL queries.

Strong problem-solving skills paired with excellent communication abilities are necessary to succeed in this position. A customer-focused mindset and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service are highly valued. The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment is important for day-to-day success.
