Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to join our fast-paced e-commerce team on-site. This full-time position operates Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, offering a competitive monthly salary between Rs. 100,000 and Rs. 150,000. Our team specializes in leveraging data to drive revenue by swiftly identifying market trends and launching over 30 new products each month. This role is critical in maintaining our competitive edge and scaling our marketing efforts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
As the Marketing Head, you will own the overall marketing strategy, setting monthly testing goals and managing a portfolio of more than 30 tests. You will be responsible for budget allocation and defining clear key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Leading a diverse team is a core part of this role. You will mentor and guide marketers, media buyers, creatives, and researchers to enhance team performance and foster growth. Your leadership will ensure alignment and motivation across all marketing functions.

You will oversee campaign execution by approving test briefs, reviewing creative assets, and ensuring landing pages are launched on time to maximize campaign effectiveness. Real-time optimization is essential; you will continuously monitor campaign performance using dashboards like Google Data Studio and Supermetrics. Based on data insights, you will make quick decisions to scale successful campaigns or pause underperforming ones.

Process refinement is another key area of focus. You will conduct weekly retrospectives to evaluate outcomes, update standard operating procedures, and integrate new tools and technologies to keep the team agile and competitive.

Collaboration across departments is vital. You will work closely with developers, creatives, and analysts to improve product launch success rates and overall marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in performance-driven digital marketing, with strong expertise in platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads. At least 2 years of leadership experience managing agile teams is required, demonstrating your ability to mentor and build high-performing teams.

You should be proficient in using marketing dashboards, conducting A/B testing, and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns effectively. A startup-ready mindset is essential, characterized by resourcefulness, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Excellent communication skills are a must, enabling you to translate complex data into actionable strategies that resonate with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with Shopify or landing page builders like Shogun and PageFly will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with ad spy tools to identify market trends and support product ideation is also a plus.

Proven success in scaling marketing campaigns to seven-figure revenues is highly desirable, reflecting your capability to drive significant business growth.
