Call Center Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are looking for confident and skilled Inbound Sales Agents to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves handling inbound calls from U.S.-based customers with clarity, professionalism, and empathy. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers while effectively closing sales. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore, operating during night shifts. Remote work is not available. The starting salary is Rs. 45,000 per month, supplemented by an attractive commission plan.

Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for U.S. customers calling in. Your primary responsibilities include answering incoming calls with confidence and empathy, understanding customer needs, and recommending appropriate service solutions tailored to those needs. You will provide accurate and comprehensive information about our company’s services, ensuring customers feel informed and valued.

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is essential, guiding clients from initial contact through to successful sale closure. You will be expected to consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets and performance goals. Accurate documentation of all client interactions and timely follow-up are critical to maintaining high service standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting on key performance indicators such as call volume, conversion rates, and sales outcomes to help track your progress and contribute to team objectives.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate strong spoken English skills, with a neutral or U.S. accent preferred to ensure clear communication with customers. A minimum of one year’s experience in inbound or outbound sales is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to handle sales calls effectively. We seek individuals with a goal-oriented mindset and a positive attitude who can thrive under pressure and consistently meet sales quotas. The ability to remain composed and professional while managing multiple calls and customer inquiries is essential.
