Key Responsibilities
The Back Office Executive will be responsible for accurately gathering and processing research data, ensuring that information is handled with precision and timeliness. You will perform routine administrative duties such as printing documents, sending emails, and ordering office supplies to keep the office running smoothly. Collaboration with the sales team is essential, as you will assist and coordinate their activities to enhance workflow and productivity.

Supporting the Front Office team is another critical aspect of this role, helping to maintain seamless daily operations. You will also play a key role in inventory control by monitoring stock levels and supporting related processes to ensure accuracy. Organizing staff meetings and managing calendar updates will be part of your duties to facilitate effective communication and scheduling across departments.

Financial administration tasks include processing company receipts, invoices, and bills promptly to maintain accurate financial records. Additionally, you will assist management with various ad hoc tasks aimed at improving overall office efficiency and productivity.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a graduate degree in BBA, B.Com, or BA. This educational background will equip you with the foundational knowledge necessary to perform the diverse responsibilities of this role effectively.

Job Type and Compensation
