Job Summary
We are looking for a proficient ERP Implementer to manage the entire lifecycle of our ERP system deployment. This role is critical in ensuring that the ERP system is customized, implemented, and supported effectively to meet the evolving needs of our business. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to guarantee a smooth transition during implementation and provide ongoing enhancements post-launch. This position demands a hands-on approach to customization, training, testing, and continuous support to maximize system efficiency and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
The ERP Implementer will be responsible for gathering and analyzing client requirements to ensure alignment with ERP system capabilities. This includes configuring ERP modules to suit specific business processes and collaborating with development teams to create custom modules when standard functionalities do not suffice. The role involves conducting comprehensive system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), promptly addressing any issues to maintain system integrity.
Training is a vital part of the role, requiring the delivery of detailed sessions to end-users and the preparation of user manuals and documentation to facilitate smooth adoption. The ERP Implementer will also oversee go-live activities, ensuring a seamless transition to the new system with minimal disruption. Post-implementation, the role demands ongoing support and timely system updates to address emerging needs.
Maintaining clear and effective communication channels with both internal stakeholders and external clients is essential. The candidate will also be tasked with continuous monitoring of system performance and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field. A minimum of two years’ proven experience in ERP implementation is required, with a focus on custom-made ERP systems. A strong understanding of core business processes—including finance, procurement, inventory management, and human resources—is essential to tailor the ERP system effectively.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines is crucial. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and possess clear, professional communication abilities. Fluency in both English and Urdu is mandatory to facilitate effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, certification or formal training in any ERP platform will be considered a significant advantage. Experience in client-facing roles and providing ongoing support post-implementation is highly desirable. Familiarity with the Pakistani business environment and industry practices will further enhance the candidate’s effectiveness in this role.
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs150,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
