Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Gain a thorough understanding of medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management processes.
- Complete all assigned training modules within the specified timeframe.
- Successfully clear the final evaluation, including assessments, presentations, and interviews after six months of training.
- Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as delegated by the line manager.
- Ensure patient information is accurate, complete, and maintained according to company standards.
- Manage the billing cycle efficiently, adhering to the standard work practices taught during training.
- Monitor and respond to emails promptly, maintaining professionalism in all communications.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager to support team and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or related disciplines such as D-Pharm, Economics, BBA, MBA, or equivalent (applications from currently enrolled students will not be considered).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly express ideas.
- Excellent listening skills to accurately comprehend and address client needs.
- Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Proven experience in Client Relationship Management or direct client interaction.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute positively to group objectives.
- Proficiency in handling telephone communications professionally and courteously.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve issues and meet client expectations.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Quick learner with a proactive work approach.
- Solid knowledge of the US healthcare industry and its regulatory environment.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Comfortable using email, internet search engines, and payer websites effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Candidates with call center experience will be given preference.
- Previous internships or office work experience is advantageous.
- Preference will be given to candidates from the Hazara Division, KPK; however, applications from across Pakistan are welcome.
- This is a full-time, in-person position with working hours from 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
