Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Data Analyst with 1.5 to 2 years of experience in data analytics, ideally within the U.S. healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be adept at interpreting complex healthcare datasets to support operational, financial, and clinical decision-making processes. Expertise in AI-assisted analytics tools and a thorough understanding of healthcare data privacy and compliance standards are critical for this role. This is a full-time, onsite position with working hours from 6 PM to 3 AM PKST. The role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across multiple departments, driving data-driven improvements in healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze both structured and unstructured healthcare data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform decision-making.
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) using Power BI, Excel, and SQL-based tools to visualize data effectively.
- Leverage AI tools such as Power BI Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI, and Excel’s Analyze Data feature to automate data summarization, generate predictive insights, and enhance analytics workflows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, clinical research, care management, and finance to provide data-driven support and insights.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics related to quality of care, cost efficiency, population health, and healthcare utilization.
- Assist in the development and validation of predictive models using historical healthcare data to support forecasting and risk assessment.
- Support the automation of routine data processing tasks through AI-enabled workflows or scripting, improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal governance policies.
- Translate complex data analyses into clear, concise presentations and reports tailored for executive leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- 1.5 to 2 years of practical experience in data analytics, preferably within the U.S. healthcare industry.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI, including advanced features such as DAX and Power Query.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools like Power BI Copilot, Excel Analyze Data, ChatGPT, or other natural language processing (NLP) applications.
- Working knowledge of healthcare datasets, including claims data, EHR/EMR systems, HEDIS, ACO, STAR ratings, and Medicare Advantage programs.
- Solid understanding of healthcare data privacy regulations and HIPAA compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
