We are currently seeking a skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team remotely. This role focuses on supporting human resources programs and processes that ensure a seamless employee experience and efficient HR operations across our global workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for various human resources programs by assisting employees and internal teams with HR policies and practices, ensuring smooth and consistent HR operations.
- Manage the full lifecycle of employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding to create a positive and engaging experience from the start through exit.
- Respond promptly and effectively to employee service requests within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), supporting a diverse, global workforce.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR Information System (HRIS) data by running audit reports, monitoring workflows, and identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve data quality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize and scale HR processes, including researching and implementing AI-driven tools and solutions aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Proven understanding of HR operations, with particular emphasis on the importance of comprehensive onboarding programs in driving employee satisfaction and retention.
- Highly resourceful and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and communication skills to ensure process adherence and effective problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take accountability in a remote work environment, proactively managing tasks and deadlines.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or a related role, ideally within the technology sector.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Workday or comparable HRIS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
