Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Digital Creative Lead to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our brand objectives and connects meaningfully with our target audience. This leadership role demands a visionary professional capable of inspiring and managing a multidisciplinary digital creative team. The successful candidate will drive innovative concepts across diverse digital platforms, overseeing the entire creative process to deliver high-quality, engaging content and seamless user experiences that fulfill client expectations and project goals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and clearly communicate a digital creative strategy that supports brand goals and addresses audience needs. Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of digital creatives, including designers, writers, web developers, and other specialists, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Generate fresh, innovative concepts for websites, mobile applications, social media channels, and other digital platforms. Oversee user experience (UX) design to ensure digital interfaces are intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly.

Ensure all digital content—graphics, videos, and copy—is engaging, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines. Manage projects from initial concept through to successful delivery, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Work closely with clients to understand their digital objectives, presenting creative ideas and tailored solutions that meet their needs. Implement rigorous quality control by reviewing and refining digital outputs as necessary.

Manage budgets for digital creative projects, efficiently allocating resources and monitoring expenses to ensure financial discipline. Utilize data analytics to inform and adjust creative strategies based on user behavior and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.

Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and digital best practices to enhance creative strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in developing and implementing effective digital creative strategies. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing multidisciplinary creative teams successfully.

Expertise in concept development for digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and social media. Solid understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.

Proficiency in overseeing content creation across multiple digital formats, ensuring consistency and brand alignment. Demonstrated ability to manage projects, budgets, and client relationships effectively.

Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to guide creative decisions. Up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and digital marketing best practices.

Compensation: Rs70,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
