Key Responsibilities
The Sales and Marketing Executive will assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies aimed at business growth. You will proactively engage potential clients through various channels such as email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to generate qualified leads. A deep understanding of GeekyBugs’ IT services is essential to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to prospects.
Supporting the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and client-specific proposals will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will help maintain and update the company’s digital presence, including social media platforms, website content, and online listings. Participation in technology events, exhibitions, and webinars will provide opportunities to promote GeekyBugs’ brand and services.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and assisting in the preparation of sales and marketing performance reports will be crucial for tracking progress. Building and nurturing strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals will also be a key focus.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A passion for sales, digital marketing, and the technology sector is essential. Excellent communication skills, combined with a strong willingness to learn and adapt, are required.
This role is open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of proven experience in IT sales, marketing, or digital services. Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, along with digital marketing platforms, is highly desirable. Confidence in lead generation, client engagement, and proposal writing will set you apart.
