Job Summary
Based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work model, this individual contributor role reports directly to the manager. The position demands hands-on expertise in managing High-Availability and Load-Balanced Oracle EPM Infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and development skills across the Oracle EPM Hyperion product suite, including Essbase, Planning, FDMEE, Financial Reports, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Data Relationship Management (DRM), and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). Experience with Oracle cloud offerings such as EDMCS, FCCS, and EPBCS, along with proven skills in migrating from on-premise to cloud-based EPM environments, is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. Support migration initiatives from on-premise EPM systems to cloud-based solutions, managing seamless data integrations with cloud applications. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as loading, clearing, and copying data within HFM to maintain data integrity.

Provide production support for Hyperion and Business Intelligence systems by analyzing issues, designing solutions, coding, and implementing necessary programs. Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications to guide development efforts. Work extensively with diverse source systems and relational databases within the EPM and BI domains.

Manage Windows and Unix batch scripting to support EPM applications and enhancements across a global, distributed environment. Support and maintain Hyperion applications including Hyperion Financial Management, Planning, Financial Reports, Essbase, Financial Data Management, and EPM Cloud. Analyze and manage ELT processes using ODI 12c to support sales reporting cycles, ensuring timely availability of data for month-end Essbase reporting.

Define rule files for metadata management and data loading in Essbase cubes, including partition and aggregation management. Handle installation and configuration of Oracle EPM Hyperion products, ensuring systems are up-to-date with the latest PSU and CPU patches relevant to Hyperion and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) products.

Utilize MAXL scripting for Essbase task automation and EPM Automate for cloud application support. Support EDMCS batch processing for import/export operations. Automate batch jobs and scheduled tasks using Windows and Linux scripts to streamline daily operations. Mentor junior team members and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and system efficiency. Ensure smooth operation and automation of daily batch jobs to maintain system reliability.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience working with the Oracle EPM suite, including Oracle Planning, Essbase, and Hyperion Financial Management. Strong expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) is essential. Hands-on experience with Hyperion Financial Reports, FDMEE, DRM, and Oracle cloud EPM products is required. Proficiency in batch scripting on both Windows and Unix/Linux platforms is necessary. A solid understanding of EPM infrastructure, patch management, and cloud migration processes is critical to success in this role.
