Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Construction/Project Manager to spearhead the development of luxury residential villas and designer houses. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all stages of project planning, execution, and final delivery, ensuring that every project adheres to the highest quality standards, meets deadlines, and stays within budget. This role demands close collaboration with diverse teams, vendors, and clients, while strictly complying with building codes and safety regulations. The position is located in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad, and offers a competitive salary along with an attractive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the comprehensive planning, execution, and delivery of luxury residential villa projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that all projects consistently meet quality benchmarks, adhere to established timelines, and remain within budgetary limits. Effective coordination across various teams is essential, including site execution crews, vendor management, and client communications, to facilitate smooth project progress. Maintaining compliance with all applicable building codes and local regulations is critical. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating project risks, resolving on-site challenges promptly, and enforcing rigorous safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSc/BE), with a Master’s degree in Construction Management considered an advantage. A solid track record of 10 to 15 years in construction project management is required, with at least 5 to 7 years spent in a senior leadership capacity overseeing residential or designer villa projects specifically. Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Project is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and expertise in contract administration. A deep understanding of construction methodologies, design aesthetics, and client expectations related to high-end villa construction is vital for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent credential is preferred.
