Job Summary
A USA-based packaging company expanding its footprint in Pakistan is looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and grow its digital presence across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. This role focuses on promoting the company’s custom packaging solutions and commitment to sustainable practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in content creation, community engagement, and performance analytics. They will manage both organic and paid social media campaigns targeting businesses in retail, food & beverage, e-commerce, and other sectors requiring bespoke packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s brand goals and product offerings. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and scheduling engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform. This includes graphics, videos, case studies, and customer testimonials that highlight custom packaging designs, sustainability initiatives, and client success stories to strengthen brand credibility.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, reach, website traffic, and conversions. Prepare detailed monthly reports to track campaign effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize content strategies and improve overall social media performance.
Additionally, plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across all relevant platforms, targeting specific business sectors like retail, food & beverage, and e-commerce. This includes budgeting, audience segmentation, and performance tracking to maximize ROI.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. A minimum of five years’ experience in social media management is required, with at least three years in a similar role demonstrating hands-on expertise.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential to craft compelling messages and engage diverse audiences effectively. Proficiency with social media analytics and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or comparable platforms is mandatory.
Strong creative abilities and a solid understanding of visual content development are critical to producing appealing and platform-appropriate materials that resonate with target audiences.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lahore, offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs120,000 to Rs150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
