Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Branch Operations Supervisor to oversee all aspects of branch functions, including sales, recovery, administration, and accounts. This role demands a hands-on leader who ensures strict compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), while maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will manage customer interactions, coordinate with zonal offices, and control administrative resources and expenses. Additionally, this position requires driving the team to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs, safeguarding company and customer assets, and supporting legal and governmental liaison activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily branch operations across sales, recovery, administration, and accounts to ensure seamless workflow and performance.
- Enforce adherence to all SOPs and policies issued by the Head Office and zonal authorities, maintaining operational discipline.
- Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints and queries to uphold customer satisfaction and trust.
- Maintain timely communication with zonal offices by responding promptly to reports and ensuring all documentation is cleared without delay.
- Oversee the proper maintenance and filing of administrative records, including stationery, uniforms, and other branch resources.
- Implement stringent controls over branch expenses and voucher management to optimize cost efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of operational data and maintain comprehensive operational sheets.
- Lead, motivate, and mobilize the branch team to boost sales and enhance corporate collections, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Safeguard company assets and customer holdings by enforcing safety and security protocols within the branch premises.
- Collaborate closely with the legal team on employee-related matters and maintain effective liaison with government agencies and local political entities as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institution.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in branch operations or a comparable supervisory role.
- Proven leadership and people management skills to guide and inspire branch teams.
- Strong analytical abilities with a methodical approach to problem-solving and operational challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.
