Assistant Manager Procurement

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Assistant Manager Procurement to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably from NED University, along with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain roles within the automobile or engineering industries. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Gulshan-e-Hadeed or Steel Town, Karachi, to ensure ease of commute and local engagement. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager Procurement will play a crucial role in developing and executing procurement strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness to ensure the best value for the company.

Timely procurement of materials and services is essential to support ongoing operational and production needs. You will collaborate closely with various internal departments, including production and project teams, to meet their requirements efficiently.

Maintaining accurate procurement records and inventory management is another key aspect of this role. You will monitor stock levels, track purchase orders, and ensure that inventory data is up to date to avoid any disruptions in the supply chain.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, with a preference for graduates from NED University. A solid background of 2 to 4 years in procurement or supply chain management within the automobile or engineering sectors is essential.

You should possess a strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier evaluation, and contract management. The ability to work effectively within a team environment and coordinate with multiple departments is critical for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
