Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various lead generation platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr. This position requires managing client relationships effectively, collaborating with technical teams to create tailored proposals, and driving sales efforts to meet targets in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset are essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities by leveraging lead generation platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, and others. You will manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking and nurturing of leads from initial contact through to deal closure. Working closely with technical teams, you will gain a clear understanding of project requirements and develop customized proposals that align with client needs and expectations.
Maintaining comprehensive records of all client interactions within the CRM system is critical to provide transparency and clear visibility into the sales pipeline status. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies aimed at achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends is important to effectively communicate potential solutions to prospective clients. You will continuously review and optimize lead generation and management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Preparing detailed reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts for internal stakeholders will be part of your regular duties.
Diligent follow-up on leads is necessary to convert proposals into successful deals. Additionally, you will engage in ongoing learning about emerging technologies and AI innovations to enhance the quality of proposals and improve client engagement.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in business development or sales. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS) or a related field is required. Strong analytical skills are essential to assess and interpret business opportunities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to craft and present clear, concise proposals. High levels of organizational and time management skills are required to handle multiple priorities efficiently. The ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines is critical.
Candidates must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A solid understanding of CRM software and lead management processes is expected.
