Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Management professional to plan, coordinate, and lead a comprehensive quality program that ensures effective quality control across the organization. This role involves conducting regular audits, delivering Quality Management System (QMS) training, and providing actionable feedback to management to drive corrective and preventive measures. The successful candidate will champion continual improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with relevant standards, fostering a culture of quality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish, implement, and maintain all processes required for an effective Quality Management System (QMS).
- Identify opportunities for improvement and apply change management tools in line with the Management Representative Protocol.
- Continuously develop and enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS) to align with organizational goals.
- Develop and manage a structured ISO documentation program, including document control, approval workflows, amendments, and maintenance of the Document Change Request (DCR) and Document Master List (DML).
- Ensure strict compliance with all quality procedures, both in letter and spirit.
- Oversee the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system by conducting root cause analyses and ensuring timely completion of CAPA activities.
- Recommend effective actions to close CAPAs and monitor follow-up on corrective and preventive requests related to non-conformities.
- Set, monitor, and review quality objectives and performance targets across departments, ensuring regular updates and management endorsement.
- Communicate client and customer complaints or feedback to relevant teams and track resolution progress.
- Promote awareness of internal and external customer requirements throughout the organization.
- Manage a robust internal audit program, including scheduling, conducting, and reporting audits related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
- Lead audit teams, prepare audit summaries, and enhance internal auditors’ competencies through training and development.
- Prepare and conduct Management Review Meetings (MRM), including agenda preparation, communication, follow-up, and reporting on QMS performance and improvement needs.
- Support management in setting organizational objectives with a strong emphasis on compliance with customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a professional and quality-focused environment within the department.
- Develop, update, and implement departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and job descriptions related to QMS.
- Ensure safe working conditions by enforcing QHSE practices and taking corrective actions on any nonconformance.
- Provide ongoing training and awareness sessions on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements affecting service delivery.
- Liaise with external consultants and auditors to facilitate quality management system assessments.
- Monitor supplier and subcontractor quality performance.
- Assign tasks, manage staff allocation, and coordinate shifts effectively.
- Prepare departmental objectives and plans aligned with broader company goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Promote understanding and implementation of IMS policies and emergency procedures.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in operational areas.
- Adapt to both office and field environments, managing work-related stress to meet performance expectations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company information throughout employment.

Required Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of quality management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
- Familiarity with best practices in quality management and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet applications.
- Excellent analytical, auditing, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to plan, design, and implement QMS procedures effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Ability to foster a cooperative and productive work environment.
- Competence in producing clear, high-quality written reports.
- Experience in employee development and performance management.
