Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our DHA Phase 8 office in Lahore. This role is essential in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. The position is full-time, requiring in-person attendance from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We offer a competitive monthly salary between Rs50,000 and Rs55,000. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and committed to delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling incoming customer communications, including calls, emails, and messages, with professionalism and promptness. You will assist customers by providing accurate information regarding products, services, order statuses, billing inquiries, and complaint resolution.
Timely resolution of customer issues is critical to maintaining high satisfaction levels. You will maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM or other support software. Collaboration with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical support will be necessary to address and fulfill customer needs effectively.
Following up with customers to ensure their concerns have been fully resolved is a key part of this role. Additionally, you will identify patterns in recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance processes or service quality. Staying updated on company products, services, and promotions will enable you to provide relevant and helpful information to customers.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have proven experience in customer service or front desk roles, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to solve problems efficiently while paying close attention to detail is essential.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications is required to manage records and communications effectively. The role demands the ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure, ensuring consistent service quality.
A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred, reflecting the level of professionalism and knowledge expected for this position.
