Business Analyst - U.S based (Night Shift)

Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Business Analyst to join our team and serve as a critical link between business objectives and technical execution. The successful candidate will engage with various departments to gather and understand client requirements, evaluate existing workflows, and convert these insights into precise, actionable specifications that support successful project delivery. This role demands strong communication and analytical skills to ensure that business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, product management, marketing, UX/UI design, and QA testing. This collaboration is essential to gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs and to identify areas where processes can be optimized. You will conduct thorough business process analyses, documenting current workflows and identifying inefficiencies or bottlenecks that hinder performance.

A significant part of the role involves eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements through various methods such as interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings. The Business Analyst must ensure that user stories and requirements are clear, concise, and accurately reflect user needs. These requirements will then be translated into detailed functional specifications that technical teams can easily interpret and implement, facilitating smooth project execution and alignment between business and technology teams.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. A minimum of two years’ experience in a Business Analyst role or a similar position is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This full-time position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, with working hours from 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM. Employees will enjoy benefits including a pick and drop facility, EOBI (Employees’ Old-Age Benefits Institution), and insurance coverage. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000. The anticipated start date for this position is July 1, 2025.
