Sales Executive – Construction Chemicals

Job Summary
We are looking for motivated Sales Executives / Product Specialists to join our Sales Development team, focusing on construction chemical products in the Lahore and Islamabad regions. This role centers on promoting and selling a comprehensive range of construction chemicals to contractors, applicators, builders, consultants, and distributors. The ideal candidates will be proactive in uncovering new business opportunities, nurturing strong customer relationships, and delivering technical support to ensure client satisfaction while consistently meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell construction chemical products to a diverse clientele, including contractors, applicators, builders, consultants, and distributors. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned territory, converting leads into confirmed sales. Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships is essential to encourage repeat business and foster partnerships.

You will conduct product presentations and on-site demonstrations for clients and technical teams to effectively showcase product benefits and applications. Providing comprehensive pre- and post-sales technical support is critical, addressing and resolving any product-related inquiries promptly and professionally.

Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management is a core responsibility. Additionally, you will monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential growth areas and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Ensuring timely collection of payments and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate smooth order processing and fulfillment is also required.

Staying well-informed about product knowledge, industry standards, and application techniques is vital to maintaining your expertise. You will prepare and submit regular sales reports along with market feedback to support strategic decision-making within the company.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction chemicals or related industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. You must be confident in conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations.

A results-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is necessary. A good understanding of market dynamics and competitor analysis will help you succeed in this role. The ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts efficiently is important. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with construction industry standards and chemical product applications is highly desirable. This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 55,000 to PKR 75,000. Additional allowances, including fuel and mobile expenses, will be provided as per company policy.
