Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Trade Sales – Solar Expert to join our Sales & Business Development team based in Gujranwala. This full-time position focuses on managing and growing sales of solar products through trade channels such as retailers, distributors, and local dealers. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related components. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales growth, delivering excellent technical support, and providing valuable market insights to strengthen our presence in the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving the sales of solar products within the Gujranwala region through established trade channels. Building and nurturing strong relationships with local dealers, distributors, and resellers will be essential to expanding the company’s market reach and visibility. Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management is a key focus of this role.

Additionally, you will conduct technical product demonstrations and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability. Staying informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback will help you adapt sales strategies effectively. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence is critical for ongoing success.

Collaboration with internal departments such as logistics, accounts, and customer support will be necessary to ensure smooth order processing and timely fulfillment. You will also represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and dealer meetings, helping to strengthen the brand’s presence and foster new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in trade or channel sales is required, preferably within the solar or electrical industries. A strong understanding of solar products and the dynamics of the local trade market in Gujranwala is essential.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are necessary to succeed in this role. The candidate must be self-motivated and capable of working independently in the field. Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools will support your daily tasks. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Gujranwala.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This role requires in-person attendance at the Gujranwala office, operating Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The salary offered ranges from Rs45,000 to Rs50,000 per month, commensurate with experience and expertise.
