Our client, a well-established and reputable estate agency, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Remote Property and Sales Manager to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities
The Remote Property and Sales Manager will be responsible for registering new applicants, understanding their property requirements, and matching them with suitable rental or sales properties nationwide. You will arrange and conduct virtual property viewings, presenting properties professionally and engagingly to prospective clients. Negotiating offers between landlords, tenants, and buyers to secure successful lettings and sales will be a core part of your role.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and buyers is essential. You will provide regular feedback and expert advice, ensuring clients feel supported throughout the process. Additionally, you will liaise with referencing companies and assist in the tenancy application process to facilitate smooth transactions.
Compliance with all relevant property legislation and company policies is mandatory. You will proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, digital canvassing, and referrals, contributing to the company’s growth. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using the company’s CRM system is also required. Meeting and exceeding individual and branch targets related to sales, lettings, valuations, and new instructions will be expected.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should ideally have previous experience in residential property sales or lettings, though this is not essential. Strong negotiation and sales skills with a proven ability to close deals are critical. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are necessary to engage effectively with a diverse client base.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude is vital, particularly for success in a remote working environment. Professional presentation and clear communication skills are required, along with a good command of the English language. Candidates must have a stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup to support remote work efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Knowledge of the UK property market is desirable but not mandatory. This is a full-time role offering a competitive basic salary of Rs60,000 per month, plus uncapped commission, providing significant earning potential for high performers.
