Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our Karachi-based team on a full-time, onsite basis. This position requires working the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, engaging with international clients to drive software sales and contribute to the company’s revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform effectively during night hours.
Key Responsibilities
The Software Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans aimed at meeting and surpassing company sales targets. This includes identifying new business opportunities across both corporate and individual client segments. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients is essential to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
The role involves presenting and demonstrating software solutions to prospective clients, clearly communicating key benefits and features to influence purchasing decisions. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals with professionalism and confidence is a critical part of the job.
Maintaining an active and well-qualified sales pipeline is required, utilizing CRM tools to track progress and performance efficiently. The candidate will also provide accurate sales forecasts and prepare detailed reports for management review. Representing the company professionally in all client communications and interactions is expected at all times.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of three years of proven experience in software sales or a closely related IT sales role. A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university is mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential to effectively engage with international clients.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent negotiation, presentation, and client engagement skills. A demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets is crucial. A deep understanding of software product positioning and value propositioning will enable the candidate to effectively sell solutions.
Since this role requires working night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, candidates must be able to adapt and maintain productivity during these hours. A self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented mindset is necessary to thrive in this environment.
Compensation and Work Environment
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Karachi, offering a competitive salary package of up to Rs150,000 per month. The position demands commitment to night shift hours and a proactive approach to developing and sustaining client relationships.
