Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls targeting potential ZONG customers. Your primary goal will be to promote products and services in a persuasive and professional manner to maximize sales conversions. Handling customer inquiries efficiently and ensuring high satisfaction levels is essential. You will be expected to consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintaining call quality standards and accurately updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems are also critical components of this role.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should be up to 28 years of age, with an extension up to 35 years for former Customer Service Officers. A minimum educational qualification of a Bachelor’s degree (BA) is required. Excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English are mandatory to effectively engage with customers. Proven experience in outbound sales, particularly within a call center environment, is essential to succeed in this role.
Technical and Work-from-Home Requirements
Since this is a remote position, candidates must have a stable internet connection to support uninterrupted work. Access to a laptop or desktop computer and a smartphone is necessary. Additionally, a power backup solution such as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is required to ensure continuous connectivity. Candidates should have a separate, quiet workspace at home that is conducive to professional calls. It is important to note that candidates must reside in Lahore during the initial training period and continue to do so throughout the work-from-home tenure.
