Job Summary
Axix Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a confident and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our onsite team. This full-time role centers on sales-driven outbound calling and managing international clients, primarily in the UK and USA markets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proven background in sales and customer service. You will be responsible for handling the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while nurturing excellent client relationships. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, offering a competitive salary plus commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects located in the UK and USA markets.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to successfully close sales deals.
- Clearly present and explain product offerings to international clients, ensuring they understand the value proposition.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to deal closure, maintaining professionalism throughout.
- Accurately document all client communications and sales activities using CRM software to maintain up-to-date records.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and outreach targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing excellent post-sale support and addressing client needs promptly.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in outbound customer service or sales roles.
- Proven ability to close international deals, especially within the UK and USA markets.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to influence and build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and lead tracking systems to manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- A sales-driven mindset with a clear focus on achieving targets and driving results.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Competitive base salary ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month.
