Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional with specialized experience in home-based and office furniture sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong operational background and vendor management expertise, coupled with experience engaging Corporate, SME, or market segment clients. This role demands a proactive leader who can mentor and manage a team to consistently achieve high performance. The position involves cultivating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging CRM and email marketing tools, and designing advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads. Flexibility to work rotating shifts is essential to support our diverse global clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies focused on driving revenue growth within the home and office furniture sectors. You will apply deep knowledge of operations and vendor management to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction. Engaging effectively with Corporate, SME, and market clients is critical to expanding our footprint.
As a team leader, you will mentor and manage your team to foster a culture of collaboration and high achievement. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients will be central to sustaining long-term business growth.
You will utilize CRM systems and email marketing platforms to track leads, optimize sales workflows, and improve conversion rates. Planning, developing, and managing advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google Ads will be part of your role to generate qualified leads.
Close collaboration with marketing and technical teams will be necessary to refine lead generation and conversion strategies. Additionally, you must be adaptable to rotating shifts to ensure seamless support for our global client base.
Analyzing market trends and customer insights will enable you to identify new business opportunities and capitalize on emerging demands.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 4 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the technology industry. Proven leadership and team management skills are essential to drive performance and foster a positive work environment.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and digital advertising through Meta and Google Ads is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, with an emphasis on creating authentic, original content rather than AI-generated material.
Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts is mandatory to meet the needs of our international clientele. Candidates must also demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to sales and marketing strategies.

This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive starting salary from Rs 70,000 per month. The role provides valuable exposure to global markets by supporting a diverse international client base.
