Job Summary
We are currently looking for a dependable and experienced Light Transport Vehicle (LTV) Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating Suzuki Ravi and Dongfeng trucks, ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our company premises in Defense Phase 1, near Kala Pull, Karachi. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs33,000 to Rs35,000.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the LTV Driver is to operate Suzuki Ravi and Dongfeng trucks efficiently and safely. The driver must strictly adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety policies to ensure the security of both the vehicle and transported goods. Routine vehicle inspections are essential to identify and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

Timely delivery and pick-up of goods according to the schedule is critical to maintaining smooth logistics operations. The driver will also be responsible for keeping the assigned vehicle clean and well-maintained. Coordination with the logistics team is necessary to optimize routes and schedules, enhancing overall efficiency and reducing delays.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess a valid Light Transport Vehicle (LTV) driving license. Proven experience driving Suzuki Ravi and Dongfeng trucks or similar vehicles is essential to ensure familiarity with the vehicle types and their handling characteristics.

A strong knowledge of Karachi’s roadways, particularly Defense Phase 1 and its surrounding areas, is required to navigate efficiently and avoid delays. The ability to work full-time and report in person to the company location is mandatory. Additionally, candidates should be in good physical condition to manage the demands of vehicle operation and related tasks.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Prior experience working within a logistics or transportation company will be considered an advantage, as it demonstrates familiarity with industry standards and practices. Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and minor repairs is also preferred, enabling the driver to handle minor issues independently and reduce downtime.
