Job Summary
Dreamworld Resort, Hotel & Golf Course is seeking a meticulous and proactive HR Executive to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the entire payroll process, maintaining detailed and accurate employee records, and working closely with both HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations. This position demands a hands-on approach to resolving employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and supporting strategic workforce planning through insightful data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Executive will be responsible for ensuring the timely and precise processing of payroll from start to finish. This includes maintaining comprehensive employee records such as attendance, shift schedules, leave balances, loans, and advances, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate. Collaboration with HR and Finance teams is essential to facilitate smooth payroll execution and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Addressing employee queries related to salaries, taxation, benefits, and deductions will be a key part of the role, requiring clear communication and problem-solving skills. The candidate will also be responsible for processing statutory contributions like EOBI and SESSI on a monthly basis, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Handling final settlements for employees leaving the organization with accuracy and timeliness is another critical duty. The HR Executive will actively contribute to refining payroll procedures and support compensation-related initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Analyzing payroll data—including salary trends, overtime, and benefit utilization—will support budgeting and cost control efforts. Additionally, evaluating workforce data such as departmental strength, shift allocations, and employee cost distribution will aid in strategic planning and resource optimization.
The role involves preparing and presenting detailed payroll and manpower reports or dashboards to senior management, providing insights that facilitate informed decision-making. Identifying irregularities in salary payments or workforce deployment and recommending corrective actions will also be part of the responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or Finance. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a structured organizational environment is essential. Proficiency in HRIS systems, the Microsoft Office suite, and basic data visualization tools such as Excel dashboards is required to effectively manage payroll and reporting tasks.

This is a full-time position based at Dreamworld Resort’s office in Sector-R, Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi. The role requires in-person attendance to ensure effective collaboration with the team and efficient management of on-site HR operations.
