Mindwhiz, a leading Managed Service Provider specializing in staff augmentation, IT services, and recruitment, is looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to join its growing digital marketing team in Lahore. Key Responsibilities
As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across major platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. You will monitor campaign performance by tracking key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversions, contributing to detailed performance reports.
Your role will also involve conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to support campaign strategies. You will help craft compelling ad copy and select creatives based on performance data to maximize engagement. Participation in A/B testing and tracking experimental results will be essential to improving campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration is key, so you will work closely with content and design teams to ensure that ad creatives align with overall campaign goals. Maintaining accurate documentation of campaign changes, performance logs, and test outcomes will be part of your daily tasks.
Staying updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing is expected. You will also attend internal training sessions designed to enhance your skills in performance analytics and advertising strategy. Regular updates on your assigned tasks and ongoing campaign support will be required to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have completed or be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. This internship is open to fresh graduates or those with up to six months of experience in digital marketing or paid advertising.
A basic understanding or strong interest in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is essential. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate and report on campaign progress.
An analytical mindset with keen attention to detail will help you excel in this role. Time management skills and the ability to work under supervision are important. Above all, a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within performance-based marketing will set you apart.
