Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms. This includes managing social media channels, email marketing, paid advertisements, SEO efforts, as well as producing brochures, print ads, and organizing events to boost student inquiries and brand visibility.
Conducting continuous market research is vital to understand student preferences, monitor competitor activities, and assess campaign effectiveness. These insights will guide future marketing strategies and initiatives.
Representing Paragon Overseas Education at various external events such as education fairs, seminars, school visits, webinars, roadshows, open days, and counseling sessions will be a key part of the role to attract prospective students.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with schools, colleges, and university partners is essential to create collaborative co-marketing opportunities that benefit all stakeholders.
The Marketing Executive will also plan and manage seminars, student meetups, webinars, and exhibitions. This includes handling logistics, coordinating with vendors, budgeting, and ensuring all activities comply with organizational standards.
Maintaining and strengthening the company’s brand identity is another critical responsibility. This involves upholding brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency, engaging with media outlets, and managing sponsorships to enhance the company’s public profile.
Additionally, the role includes assisting in tailoring student application documents such as essays and Statements of Purpose (SOPs) to meet specific university requirements and narratives, thereby supporting successful admissions.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, though this is preferred rather than mandatory.
Experience ranging from 0 to 3+ years in education-focused marketing or B2B marketing environments is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to negotiate, present proposals effectively, and build robust partner networks including schools and media outlets.
Excellent organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including event planning, vendor management, and live marketing activations.
A well-rounded skill set that combines creative content development with analytical evaluation to optimize marketing ROI is highly valued.
