Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team, focusing on promoting fumigation services and products within the local market. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers within the local market to promote fumigation services and products.
- Accurately track leads and extract essential client information to ensure smooth handling of inquiries.
- Respond promptly and effectively to client queries, providing relevant information to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by scheduling appointments for surveys through communication channels such as WhatsApp Messenger, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service during calls.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups to support ongoing sales efforts and client management.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably with exposure to local clientele and outbound calling.
- Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu are highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle clients professionally and courteously.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by results with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Prior experience in making outbound calls to potential leads is essential for success in this role.
- Minimum education requirement is Matriculation; however, Intermediate education is preferred.
