Figout, a premier UX/UI Design Agency recognized for delivering exceptional design solutions worldwide, is looking to hire a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to fuel its business growth. This full-time, on-site role based in Bahria Town centers on strategically leveraging LinkedIn to generate high-quality B2B leads specifically within the IT services and solutions sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in LinkedIn outreach, with the ability to engage and convert key decision-makers into valuable business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation Strategy:
Develop and implement targeted LinkedIn lead generation campaigns focused on the B2B IT industry. Identify and connect with key stakeholders such as CTOs, CIOs, and other senior decision-makers to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Targeted Outreach:
Utilize advanced LinkedIn tools, including Sales Navigator, to research and pinpoint prospective clients. Craft personalized and professional connection requests and follow-up messages designed to nurture leads and foster meaningful engagement.
Content Utilization:
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to share relevant content like blogs, whitepapers, and case studies that resonate with prospects. Leverage LinkedIn ads, InMails, and organic posts to boost lead engagement and increase visibility.
Data Management:
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of leads and contacts. Use CRM systems to track outreach progress, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximizing conversion rates.
Performance Optimization:
Regularly monitor campaign performance by analyzing key metrics such as response rates, connection rates, and lead quality. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine and enhance outreach strategies continuously.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and LinkedIn algorithm updates to ensure lead generation efforts remain effective and competitive.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of demonstrated experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation within IT or B2B sectors.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn tools such as Sales Navigator and Campaign Manager, with a proven ability to generate warm leads across multiple regions.
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing workflows and hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and building rapport with senior decision-makers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs80,000. Candidates must be willing to work on-site at the Bahria Town office. Only applicants with relevant LinkedIn outreach experience will be considered for this opportunity.
