Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead all online marketing efforts for Ordering.pk, a prominent multi-vendor e-commerce and delivery platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective digital campaigns across key social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The primary focus will be on driving seller registrations and expanding the customer base. This role demands a proactive, hands-on approach and offers a unique opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a dynamic and fast-evolving platform.
Key Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Manager will develop, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels. A major part of the role involves creating targeted campaigns aimed at attracting and onboarding new vendors to the platform, thereby increasing seller acquisition.
In addition to vendor growth, the manager will focus on boosting customer engagement and overall platform growth by employing innovative, data-driven marketing strategies. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics will be crucial to optimize marketing efforts and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with the company’s broader business objectives. Staying current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices is essential to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Effective budget management and resource allocation will also be key responsibilities, ensuring that campaign goals are met efficiently and within financial parameters.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within e-commerce or multi-vendor platforms. A strong understanding of social media advertising, especially on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, is essential.
The ability to plan and execute impactful digital campaigns that deliver measurable results is critical. Candidates should possess excellent analytical skills to interpret data and refine strategies accordingly.
Strong communication and project management skills are required to work effectively within the team and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. This role requires in-person collaboration, so the ability to work on-site and engage directly with colleagues is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with additional digital marketing tools and platforms will be considered an advantage. Both internship and full-time positions are available, with a contract duration of 12 months.
