Job Summary
OnCab Global, a fast-growing cab service provider committed to delivering dependable transportation solutions, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to independently lead its sales and marketing efforts. This hands-on role is based onsite at Shahrah-e-Faisal, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-oriented professional who thrives on ownership and is passionate about driving business expansion through client acquisition, driver recruitment, and comprehensive management of all sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to attract new clients, business opportunities, and partnerships. This includes actively recruiting drivers and onboarding them onto the platform through direct field visits, outreach programs, and targeted marketing campaigns. The role demands full ownership of all sales and marketing functions, regardless of their scale or complexity, ensuring seamless execution from lead generation to conversion.
You will represent OnCab Global in various forums, including client meetings, negotiations, and marketing events, acting as the company’s face to external stakeholders. Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets related to business growth and recruitment will be a critical part of your role. Additionally, maintaining clear and effective communication with internal departments such as Operations, HR, and Support teams is essential to ensure alignment and smooth workflow across the organization.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within service-oriented industries. The role requires a self-driven individual who can work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial to building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and a solution-focused mindset are necessary to navigate challenges and deliver results. The ability to efficiently handle fieldwork, recruitment efforts, and client management concurrently is vital. A target-driven approach with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving measurable outcomes is expected.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with a minimum of six years’ experience in sales and marketing roles. Candidates should be willing to travel up to 50% of the time to support field operations and client engagement activities. This is a full-time, onsite position offering a competitive starting salary beginning at Rs150,000 per month.
